What is my order status?

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email. You can track your order status via email.

Can I modify my order?

We can only modify orders that have not yet been shipped. Once your order status changes to "Ready to Ship," "Shipped," or "Delivered," we cannot make any modifications.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following three main payment methods:

● Cash on Delivery

We will ship your order immediately after you place it. You can choose cash on delivery, which greatly reduces the risk for buyers.

● PayPal

VCAVI primarily uses PayPal for secure payments. We accept payments via PayPal using MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.

● Secure Credit Card Payment

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

What currency will my bill be displayed in?

All our transactions are settled in US dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will settle the transaction using the corresponding exchange rate for your chosen currency, based on the website you visit.

Shipping
Which regions do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania. We accept PayPal and credit card payments.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After placing your order, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days to process.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

How can I track my package?

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track your order status.

What if I'm not home?

If you are not home, we will arrange redelivery for the next day, or our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on your chosen country and shipping method.

If the package cannot be delivered, you may need to pick it up at your local post office.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns if the following conditions are met:

- The item must have been sold in our online store. - The item must be unused.

- Returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

For returns, please contact our customer service.

Can I exchange it?

We accept exchanges, under the same conditions as returns.

For exchanges, please inform customer service that you wish to exchange for a different item when preparing the return.

Are returns free?

For returns, please contact customer service for a return address. Once you receive the address, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

In some cases, return shipping is free. If you return the item and the reason for the return is not an error on thuoritical.com's part, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

How long does return processing take?

We will confirm the return within 14 days of receiving the package.

Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund, exchange, or compensation within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
