What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following three main payment methods:

● Cash on Delivery

We ship directly after the customer places an order. Payment is then made upon delivery, greatly reducing the customer's shopping risk.

Vcavi primarily uses PayPal for secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards.

● Secure Credit Card Payments

We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

What currency will my payment be settled in?

All our transactions are settled in US dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will settle the payment according to the exchange rate applied to your chosen currency on the website.

Do you offer 3- or 4-month installment payment options?

We accept 3-month installment payments.

How can I change/modify my order?

If you find any errors in your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact our customer service center.

Please note that we can modify your order before shipment.

Once the package is shipped, we cannot make any changes.

What if I haven't received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it may be because the email address you entered when placing the order was incorrect, or the email was mistakenly identified as spam. You can log in to your account to view your order. You can also contact us for more order information.
